The pools sports a spacious layout perfect for kids to splash around, providing a decent escape after a long day at nearby attractions. Free shuttle service to the Disney parks makes getting around a breeze, saving time and hassle.
The room conditions left much to be desired, including dirty carpets and a persistent musty odor that didn't seem to clear up no matter how long the air conditioner ran. The cafe on property was annoyingly limited, open only a few days a week and often lacking basic items. Overall cleanliness needs serious improvement, especially in the bathrooms, where rust and mold are unwelcome companions.

This was the absolute worst hotel experience! The room smelled musty and had a dirty bathroom, and there were roaming cockroaches. I will never choose this place again!

Great location with friendly service
The hotel's location is ideal for anyone visiting the nearby attractions, as it's just a short walk to Fun Spot and Old Town. The room I stayed in was clean and well-maintained, and the staff, especially at the food court, were always welcoming and helpful. However, the hotel could improve its dining options as there are limited choices on-site.

I enjoyed my stay at Seralago, especially the clean room and convenient location near parks. Although some amenities didn't work and there were a few maintenance issues, the kiddie pool provided a lovely spot for my children to play. The overall experience suited our needs well.

The pools are huge, and location is prime for Disney lovers. Rooms felt a bit dated, though. Overall, enjoyed my stay! Maria from the food court made our meals feel so homey, we kept coming back for more!
Felt very cared for, no complaints whatsoever.

The location was like gold—right next to Old Town and all the fun! The kids had a blast splashing around in the two heated pools, while the friendly staff felt more like welcoming relatives than hotel employees. Our room was spacious enough for a small family, with amenities that made life easier, like a mini-fridge to keep our snacks cold.

The location is fantastic, just a hop, skip, and a jump away from Disney! The staff had more enthusiasm than a puppy at playtime, ensuring we felt welcomed and taken care of. The two pools were a hit with my family, providing the perfect splash zone after long days at the parks.

The pool area was surprisingly clean, which was a nice relief for the kids. And I gotta say, the staff tried to help us when we needed extra towels and toiletries, even if their pace was a bit slow.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but it was still okay for what we got.

Diving into the local food scene was a treat! The nearby Havana Kiss Cuban Cafe was a culinary highlight, dishing out vibrant flavors that'll leave your taste buds dancing. The poolside snack bar, while limited, had a delightful bartender who did his best with the supplies. Sweet spot to grab a drink! Plus, the location's proximity to eateries like KFC and Pizza Hut added convenience.
Now, let’s get real! The hotel is very old and needs a total refurbish and cleanup. I spotted pink and black mold in the bathroom, and small brown bugs joined me for my morning routine. Customer service was non-existent and made me feel like just another number. Honestly, you'd better spend your cash elsewhere; this stay was a hard pass!

Yo, the nearby Havana Kiss Cuban Cafe has killer vermicelli dishes that'll blow your tastebuds! Plus, you can't sleep on that convenient pool, open late for those midnight dips. A solid spot for snoozing, after a day of food adventures!
But hold up, service was sketchy—dude, if you're charging $86 for a room, at least get your TVs to work and cut that military rate nonsense. Old-school vibes only, and this is a two-star joint at best, fam!
